When designing a report, you may find it helpful to periodically look at a preview so you can see how it looks when combined with database data. You can do this at any time by selecting the Preview command from the File menu or by clicking the Preview speed button. This provides you with the opportunity to find mistakes and make any necessary adjustments to your report.
