Use the Rectangle Tool to create rectangular or square shapes. Position the cursor over your report where you want the top left corner of your rectangle to begin. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the cursor to where you would like the opposite corner. When your rectangle reaches the desired size and shape, release the mouse button. Set the attributes for the outline and interior colors using the Object Style Palette.
